Lobiani

A round, golden flatbread stuffed with seasoned mashed red kidney beans, often laced with smoked pork lard or bacon for richness, and baked until the crust crackles. The bean-filled cousin of khachapuri and a winter-supra staple — especially on Barbaroba (St. Barbara's Day), when it's the dish of the table. Hearty, savoury, and impossible to stop eating with a glass of saperavi.
